Gymnastics is a fun sport. I love it because you can never run out of skills to learn. There are many pieces of equipment. Practicing is very important because once you learn something and you don’t practice then you might not be able to do it anymore.
One piece of equipment is the parallel bars. When you use the bars you might find that you cannot get a good grip. You should try to put chalk or hand grips on your hands. If you get dizzy easily then the bars might not be for you because you flip over a lot.
The balance beam is also used in gymnastics. Being able to balance it very useful when on the balance beam. Almost everything you can do on the floor you can do on the beam. For example if you can do a forward roll on the floor you can probably do it on the beam.
The vault also known as the horse is very fun. Run from one spot to the spring board. Run as fast as you can as long you can spot yourself soon. Jump onto the spring board onto or over the vault while doing a trick. Hopefully you land in your feet.
You can do anything on the floor, from a forward roll to a front aerial to so much more.
