Defensive Strategy

Healers do not last long if she is in range of a Single-Target defense or an Air Defenses, so make sure you upgrade and protect your Air Defenses as much as possible. Put your Air Defenses in the middle of the base to prevent ground troop like Giants from destroying it quickly.

As of the 24 February 2015 update, the strategies to defend against Healers involving Traps placement no longer work, as Healers do not trigger Traps anymore.

Clash of Clans: Part 2 - Offensive Strategy

A Healer does not last long if she is in the range of an Air Defence, so make sure you destroy the Air Defences first or otherwise occupy them before sending in your Healer(s). One strategy is to send a few Wall Breakers in to break the wall that is protecting the Air Defense. Then send in a group of Giants (usually 12 or more) to destroy it. The remaining Air Defense can be a problem so be able to use a few more troop to take it out. Finally send in a Healer along with other troop after the Giants. As long as the Healer does not get distracted by other troops taking damage, or is not killed by an Archer tower or Wizard tower, the Giants will live for a significant amount of time (due to the constant healing) and will distract the defenses while the other troop destroy everything. This is known as a Giant-Healer raid and is pretty effective when attacking a Town hall 6.

The Healer is a flying unit. She is the only troop with no attacking/offensive capability, but can heal any ground troop, except when she is defending as a clan castle troop (in which case she heals damaged Clan Castle reinforcements and heroes).

Horses

There are about 750 million horses in the world! They have been around for millions of years. There are more than 350 different breeds of horses. All these breeds fall into four main groups:

Light Horses

Light horses are mostly used for riding. They weigh less than 3,500 pounds.

Draft Horses

Draft horses are also called “heavy horses”. They can weigh up to 2,000 pounds. They are strong and are usually working horses.

Ponies

Ponies are only about 57 inches tall. They are smaller than horses.

Feral

Feral horses are wild.

Foals are young horses. They can stand, walk, and trot very shortly after birth. The first milk that horses get from their mothers is called colostrum. A foal will start to eat grass after they are about a week old. When they are about ten days old, they’ll start to eat hay. After a year, they will be horses!

Rube Goldberg

In fifth grade, we have a project where we have to design and create a Rube Goldberg machine. A Rube Goldberg machine is a chain reaction using different tools to do a simple task, like turning a page. Rube Goldberg machines were named after Rube Goldberg, a cartoonist known for putting outrageous machines designed to complete small tasks in his cartoons. People began to get interested in trying to build these machines. This is how Rube Goldberg machines came to be.

Nike: a history

Nike was founded on January 25th,1964. The founders of Nike are Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight. Nike was originally called Blue Ribbon Sports. Phil Knight was a track athlete at the University of Oregon and his coach was Bill Bowerman. It was then that they founded Nike.

Nike uses the famous slogan “Just Do It”, but they did not make that famous slogan on their own. It was created when Gary Gilmore was going to be executed for killing two people. When he was about to be killed, they asked for final words, and he said, “Let’s do it.” That’s where Nike got its famous slogan,”Just Do It”.

Clash Royale: a video game review

Clash Royale is a head to head video game made by Supercell. It was released in January 4th. Your main goal is to destroy the enemy’s towers and get crowns. The guard towers each gives you 1 crown while the king tower gives you all. Don’t let the opponent get you or else you will immediately lose. Supercell is a video game company based in Helsinki, Finland. It made lots of video games like Boom Beach, Clash of Clans, and Hay Day.

Florida is a great vacation place. It has lots of beaches. It is near the equator. It is located in the southwest region of the United States. Florida has 280 towns. That is a lot of towns. Florida has a great vacation place for kids called Disney World. Tallahassee is the state’s capital. Florida has grown with it’s population in the past years. Florida used to be bigger until US took over the land. Florida borders the Gulf of Mexico. Did you know that Florida has 1800 miles of coastline? Florida is mostly sunny. Florida’s football team is called the Gators. So pack your bags and go to Florida.
