Fruit Ninja - a video game review

Fruit Ninja is a game that requires quick movement. The goal is to try to slice fruit and don’t slice bombs. When you start it will ask you if you want to do Original or Festival. In Original you can earn star fruit. You can use the star fruit to buy dojos and blades. In Festival you can challenge yourself and do a battle. You can also do mini games. Mini games give you golden apples. To play mini games you need 100 starfruit. You can also do multiplayer. In multiplayer you can play with you friends or other players. You can play Fruit Ninja on the iPad, iPhone and computer.

Diggy is a game that is tricky game this is surprising and surprises at every turn. In the game your goal is to dig to the center of the earth without burning. You have to dig in the ground and collect minerals before you run out of battery. To win the game you have to get the wandering truffle and get the lava suit from him Then you go in the lava if you see that there is something pulling you go towards the pull and you might find yourself winning!

My Thanksgiving Break...

My house hosted a party on Thanksgiving at 3:00pm. It was really fun. The food was so good. I played a lot of games. I had 3 scoops of ice cream. The next day, my brothers went to Kalahari Resort in Pennsylvania. They ate steak and went to a big waterpark. At least I had some fun. I had a movie night party at my house. I went to the Westchester Mall in White Plains and played Mekorama. The next day, I was used to life as an only child. At night I went to another party and my brothers came back. It was at my mom’s friend Bryant and Caitlyn’s house. It was so tiring, it could have been the best so far.

The best place to do in winter!

Are you looking for a place to go in winter? Well I got the perfect place that you could go to. It’s called Four Seasons and it is amazing. You have to see it. There’s a big hot tub out side and in the cold air the hot tub is so warm. There is also a pool but the pool is not as warm as the hot tub. Oh, I almost forgot, Four Seasons is in Vancouver. The skiing place is Whistler Blackcomb Mountain. It’s very famous too. The snowboarding/skiing place is not that far from Four Seasons. I also know that there are s'mores. Today on 11/22/2016, Tuesday, I do not know what I can write about. Thanksgiving is coming up and Mr. Casal suggested ideas but I did not accept those. I am free writing like this and hardly looking at the screen. Minecraft is a sandbox video game originally created by Swedish game designer Markus "Notch" Persson and later developed and published by Mojang. The creative and building aspects of Minecraft enable players to build constructions out of textured cubes in a 3D procedurally generated world. A spectator mode where players can fly around and clip through blocks, but cannot place or destroy any. You also can play in Multiplayer. In Multiplayer, resource gathering, crafting, and combat. Multiple gameplay modes are avr you can play with your friends in the same word. survival mode where the player must acquire resources to build the world and maintain health, a creative mode where players have unlimited resources to build with and the ability to fly, an adventure mode where players can play custom maps created in other players word! Monument Valley is a game made by Ustwo Games I enjoy on iPhone and iPad. I do not think this is designated for computers. This game has a lot of optical illusions that are impossible. The player controls Princess Ida through a maze of optical illusions and the player controls monuments to make Ida reach platforms and doors that teleport. The goal is to make Ida reach the destination and restore the crystal like things to pass the level. There are two versions, original and forgotten shores. You start with original.

Hillary's defeat and Trump's win

The 45th Presidential Election is finally over. It was between Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump. The winner was Donald Trump. Trump wants to change some woman's right like if a woman is pregnant and doesn’t want to be they have to go to another country to decline the pregnancy. Trump has also has said very lewd things about women. People are not happy about Trump’s win. There is going to be a women's rights march hosted on January 21, 2017 in Washington D.C. The march is going to be filled with millions of women protesting against Trump about their rights. This is not the first protest against trump there have many more this is just the biggest one. People might ask “If people are doing so much protesting against Trump how did he win?” The answer is Trump didn’t win in the popular vote. The popular vote is each single person’s vote. But what matters is the Electoral College vote. Here is how it works. Each state gets a number of votes based on its population. It is up to a legislator chosen from that state to give in the votes. The candidate that gets to 270 electoral votes first is President. People think this is very unfair. Donald Trump is our President and we must live with it and think the best of it.

Makeup Tips

#1: Always remove your makeup before you go to bed (It will make it more easier!)
#2: if you want to change your eyebrows always change it like your original eyebrows
#3: Apply eyeliner with open eyes so basically every shape you make is the same
#4: Use eyeshadow as a highlight
#5: Try not to apply blush to darkly (It won’t look natural!)
#6: You can see what kind of blush you need by looking at your lips (It has to be a bit lighter tone than your lips). Thank you for reading!
P.S. Some of these tips I learned from my mom, and some of these tips I thought of myself.
VVVVVV - a game review

VVVVVV is a video game that is 2D form and made by Terry Cavanagh.
But why would a game have this such name? This is because all characters in the game have a V in their name, such as Captain Viridian, Doctor Violet, Professor Vitellary, Officer Vermillion, Chief Verdigris, and Doctor Victoria.
To play: space to fall up or down, you cannot do this in midair. This has a small version and full version. I played it on dagobah.net. You can also download it, but it costs money (about $3.) It has great music and can be very loud( bad). It has these things called ancient gems( ONLY 20 OF THEM). If you find all, a surprise awaits you….
I hope you will enjoy this post and the game game. Note that this game will take very long. It took me weeks to complete it.

Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them

Have you ever read the Harry Potter books, well if you did you know that Harry carried around a book called Fantastic Beasts. Well they are turning the book into the movie series. The first movies called Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them. The movie is about Newt Scamander and his case of monsters. Some of those monsters get loose in the muggle (Harry Potter word for humans) world and the wizarding world must work with the muggle world to get them back in the case.

The Bloop

In 1997 a mystery sound was heard. Some scientist put mega microphones in the water and heard a loud noise that could be 5000 km apart and it was heard over the Pacific Ocean. Some scientist found out what the sound was. You thought it was a big animal but sadly it was an underwater volcano explosion!
First I thought that the bloop sound was real until I saw some videos and saw the truth. I was really annoyed about that but it still sounds very freaky so it is still going to be pretty hard to know what the sound came from!

Dolphin Facts

Dolphins are related to whales and porpoises. Dolphins has a fish shaped body but they are mammals. Dolphins have lungs but they have to go to the surface to breath. Dolphins usually are 4 to 30 feet long. They weigh between 100 to 20,00 pounds. Some kinds of dolphins live in rivers. Dolphins have a layer of fat called blubber. Blubber helps the dolphin float and keeps them warm. Dolphins uses sounds to sense the places of underwater objects (My favorite fact!). Dolphins have excellent hearing. Groups of dolphins communicate by making a clicking sound. Most dolphins live in groups. Several kinds of dolphins are endangered. Thank you for reading about dolphin facts!
World Math Day 2016

It was another math day.
We played a lot of math games like Math Bingo and Toothpick Challenge. We played Kakooma too.
We also played some math challenges on our Chromebooks like math baseball subtraction blast.
We also had a yoyo jar. Every class had to guess how many yo-yos are in the jar. If you get the correct answer then your class can keep the jar of yo-yos! It was a fun day!

Boulder Brook Halloween Party

Do you like horses? Well if you do then you would like hearing about Boulder Brook Barn Halloween Party!
Boulder Brook is a barn is located in Scarsdale NY. It is a horseback-riding barn. The party is for residents who ride at the barn.
At the party you will get to see horses dressed up in costumes. One year a horse named Penny dressed up as a wizard. If you're advanced enough you will be allowed to lead the horse a trot them around. After that you eat. They have pasta, chicken, pizza, candy, cookies and cake. You also have a chance to talk to your friends and dance to music. Also if you're lucky they’ll tell the story of Gordon the Ghost...
Math Games - a curated list

Prodigy is a game of math and skill. It’s mostly fun in a way that you get to battle other people and you could get to level 100! I don’t want to spill the beans! So prodigy is full of excitement and a lot of fun you should try out the link too have fun.
Kakooma is a very thinking game you have to find two digits that equal a sum. When you get really good at it you can try practice mode and go on the rainy hard rainy hard is the most hardest so far I played so have fun!!!
Scratch is a programing game it is really fun you could program stuff and share it with your friends and you could make movies if you are really good you could make song funny songs and songs that don’t make sense!just make it sound good.
World Math Day!

It was another World Math Day!
World Math Day is all about celebrating math all around the world. At Heathcote we celebrated math by playing math games/puzzles. Also at Heathcote our principal walks to all the classrooms holding a jar which has a certain number of an object. In this case this math day at Heathcote we have a jar of smiley face yoyos. My clases guess was 45 which wasn’t even close! Turns out, it was 60! I guess I’ll wait another year.
You can celebrate math anyway you want. You can celebrate by reading about math, you can celebrate by doing math, you can celebrate even by just talking about math, you can even sing about math. There are so many ways you can celebrate math! They are all so fun! Go World Math Day!
